Terms of Use

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application and related digital services ("Service") provided by Fried Meister. Continuing to use the Application means that you have read and accepted the current Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. Scope of the service

The Service may include functions such as viewing the menu, placing orders, tracking order status, loyalty or campaign features, and similar functionality. Menus, prices, operating hours, and delivery areas may be updated without prior notice.

3. Account and security

• You are responsible for providing accurate and current information. Mechanisms such as phone verification (OTP) are intended to protect your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive use is detected.

4. Orders and payment

• When you confirm your cart, a contractual relationship may arise with you depending on stock and operational conditions. An order may be considered final when it is confirmed in the system or moves into the preparation stage.
• Prices apply as displayed in the Application; any tax or service fee is clearly shown before payment.
• Payments are processed through secure payment providers. We may not store your card details directly; the provider's terms may apply to the transaction.

5. Delivery and address

Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational volume. You are responsible for the accuracy of address and contact information; additional charges or cancellation may apply for issues caused by an incorrect address.

6. Cancellation and refund

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the order stage and our local practices. Cancellation may not be possible for orders that are being prepared or are already on the way. In the event of a justified technical error or service defect, we try to offer reasonable remedies; individual cases are assessed through customer service.

7. Prohibited uses

The following are prohibited (illustrative list):

• unauthorized access to or interference with the system;
• fake orders, fraud, or abuse of other users;
• using the Service for unlawful purposes;
• abuse through automation or bots, including unauthorized scraping.

8. Intellectual property

The brand, logo, designs, software, and content are owned by Fried Meister or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

9. Third-party services

Third-party components such as maps, payments, analytics, or notifications are subject to their own terms of use. We make reasonable efforts regarding interruptions caused by these components, but direct liability is not accepted in all circumstances.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, claims arising from indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss may be excluded. Some legal systems do not allow certain warranties to be excluded; in that case, the limitation will apply only to the permitted extent.

11. Force majeure

We cannot be held responsible for interruptions to the Service caused by natural disasters, war, strikes, infrastructure failures, official regulations, or events outside our reasonable control.

12. Governing law and disputes

In disputes, an amicable resolution is aimed for first. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the competent courts and laws in the region where the business operates may apply (TRNC / Cyprus context).

13. Changes

We may update the Terms. Significant changes may be announced through the Application or the web. Continued use after an update may be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
